Seek Labs Announces Leadership Transition as Keith Marmer, President, will Join Board of Directors

Seek Labs today announced Keith Marmer’s transition from President to the company’s Board of Directors, effective June 30, 2025. As he moves into a new role as a Director, Marmer will continue to support Seek Labs’ long-term vision and global growth strategy from the Board level.

Marmer, who joined Seek Labs as President in July 2023, has played a critical role in positioning the company for expansion and scale. Under his leadership, Seek Labs has strengthened operational readiness, expanded strategic partnerships, and advanced product-ready platforms. His tenure has marked a period of significant acceleration, and his move to the board reflects a deliberate, forward-looking transition aligned with the company’s upward trajectory. When asked about his move to the company’s board, Marmer stated, “I was originally drawn to Seek Labs’ differentiated technology and market potential.
