Seek Labs · Molecular medicine, programmed from sequence.

Every disease has
a sequence.

Decode. Program. Resolve.

Every disease is written in code. Seek Labs reads it and programs interventions against it. BioSeeker™ turns sequence into two outputs built from the same source: Sequence Ablation Therapeutics that target the disease directly, and SeekIt™ Diagnostics that deliver molecular answers where care happens. Code in. Medicine out.

We don’t develop drugs and tests.
We program them.

For a century, medicine has advanced one drug, one diagnostic, and one disease at a time. That model produced extraordinary progress, but it cannot keep up with how quickly disease now emerges, spreads, and evolves.

It was built for a world before real-time sequencing, before scalable compute, and before global pathogen movement became a constant condition. The gap between how fast disease can move and how fast we can answer it is no longer measured only in years. It is measured in missed diagnoses, delayed interventions, and lives.

Seek Labs exists to close that gap. BioSeeker™ turns sequence into programmable targets, then routes those targets into two product paths: therapeutics that directly target and engage disease, and diagnostics that deliver molecular answers where care happens. The same engine supports infectious disease today and oncology as the platform expands. Trials, regulatory review, and manufacturing still matter. But the science feeding them no longer has to restart from zero every time.

Three things had to exist for this to be possible. We built all three.

Genomic Intelligence Engine

BioSeeker™

BioSeeker™ is the AI engine behind Seek Labs. It reads global sequence data, identifies conserved disease targets, and screens out anything that resembles the human host or microbiome. What remains can be routed into two outputs: PTAP™ Guides for Sequence Ablation Therapeutics and primer/probe designs for SeekIt™ Diagnostics. Every disease mapped strengthens the Disease Atlas and shortens the response to the next one.

Point-of-Care Molecular Diagnostics

SeekIt Diagnostics™

SeekIt™ is the molecular diagnostic platform built to leave the lab. Velox™ extracts target nucleic acid from raw sample. ANINA™ amplifies it using BioSeeker-designed primers and probes at ambient temperature. Together they replace the instrument stack molecular testing has always required, making it possible to deliver molecular-grade answers in a sealed device, a field kit, or a partner format. The chemistry is the product. The form follows.

Molecular results in 15–30 minutes. No electricity. No instruments. No lab infrastructure.

Programmable CRISPR Therapeutics

Sequence Ablation Therapeutics

Sequence Ablation Therapeutics engages disease directly at the sequence level. PTAP™ takes BioSeeker-designed guides and programs a therapeutic that targets multiple sites on the disease’s own genetic code in a single construct, increasing the barrier to escape. The same platform logic can extend across viral disease, antimicrobial resistance, oncology, and agricultural pathogens as the platform advances.

Innovation that keeps up with disease.

Seek Labs is a molecular medicine company founded on one thesis: the tools to fight disease should move as fast as disease itself. Our team brings together scientists, engineers, operators, and partners building platforms that can move from genomic insight to real-world deployment.

The clock is running.

Researchers, developers, government agencies, and partners working toward the same outcome — faster answers, broader reach, and diseases with fewer places to hide. If that is your work, we should talk.
