Every disease
has a sequence.

Seek Labs is building the disease-response platform.

One genomic intelligence layer powers two product engines: Sequence Ablation Therapeutics and point-of-need molecular diagnostics, both engineered from the same conserved-sequence backbone. One intelligence architecture, two product categories, hundreds of diseases in scope.

The last generation answered one disease at a time. The next generation is programmable.

  • 01

Pathogen genomes are now read in hours, not years. AI can scan them at scale and pinpoint the conserved regions a virus cannot mutate without breaking itself — turning sequence into a target the same day it appears.

  • 02

CRISPR has matured from a gene-editing tool into a programmable execution layer. The chassis stays the same; only the guide RNA changes. A new disease becomes a new program, not a new drug.

  • 03

Computation closed the gap with chemistry. Modern sequence-design models read millions of pathogen and host genomes, predict which conserved regions are safe to hit, and rank candidate guides and probes before any wet-lab work begins — turning months of screening into hours at the keyboard.

  • 04

SeekIt is being developed as an instrument-free, single-use molecular diagnostic for the point of need. Sealed cartridges. No thermocycler, no lab. As patient demand shifts toward at-home and near-patient testing, Seek Labs is building a platform designed to meet that need. SeekIt is investigational and not cleared by FDA.

An unusual convergence. A company built for it.

Why now

Molecular medicine has reached an inflection point.

Every disease has a sequence, and that sequence contains vulnerabilities. AI now decodes entire disease families and pinpoints conserved regions in hours. CRISPR is programmable. What’s missing are the platforms that turn this convergence into detection and treatment at the speed of disease. That’s what Seek Labs is building.

Why us

One AI brain. Two platforms.

BioSeeker is AI-powered genomic discovery. It reads thousands of sequences to map the conserved regions a pathogen cannot mutate without losing essential function. From that map, it designs the molecular tools both platforms need: CRISPR guide RNAs for therapeutics, primer and probe sets for diagnostics. One brain. Two platforms.

Not a single-bet drug

When the next pathogen emerges, the platform is designed to respond without starting from zero.

25/25 WHO priority viral families mapped. 145+ infectious diseases mapped. When the next pathogen emerges, Seek Labs is not at day zero. In a preclinical swine challenge study, our CRISPR-based therapeutic candidate increased survival relative to untreated controls in African Swine Fever Virus. Additional studies are needed. Designed to be disease-agnostic, rapidly reprogrammable, and AI-guided. Designs against multiple priority pathogen families have already been generated.

A platform
built on conserved biology.

A new category, not a new molecule. Sequence Ablation Therapeutics is a new modality. The same genomic logic that designs a therapeutic also designs a diagnostic, so every new program builds on the platform rather than starting from scratch.

A compounding platform. BioSeeker compounds in value. Every new pathogen mapped can expand the platform’s design reach without requiring a proportional expansion of the operating model. Because we design against conserved sequences a pathogen cannot mutate without losing fitness, the platform is designed to retain effectiveness as pathogens evolve.

Multiple paths forward, federal-anchored. Three programs advance in parallel from a single platform: licensable diagnostics with established field-validation partners, programmable therapeutics with USDA non-dilutive funding in hand, and biodefense engagement across BARDA RRPV, BioMaP, MCDC, MTEC, DARPA Connect, and NAVALX Vulcan. Three program tracks share one underlying platform.

A decade of invention. A platform ready to deploy.

Seek Labs did not license its science out of a university or assemble it from acquired parts. The chemistry, the AI engine, and the platform chassis were all invented in-house. The years below trace that work — discovery, then translation, now deployment — with federal anchors and peer-reviewed results along the way.
