Seek Labs is excited to announce the appointment of Brooke Clark as Vice President of People, effective December 30, 2024. With over two decades of expertise in talent acquisition, coaching, mentorship, and people strategy, Clark brings a deep passion for fostering team growth and development. In her new role, she will lead initiatives focused on people, talent, and performance, driving Seek Labs’ growth while championing the success of our team.

At Recursion, Clark enhanced talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational culture, helping to create an environment that fostered innovation and bold ideas.

“The addition of Brooke Clark to our leadership team marks an exciting milestone for Seek Labs,” said Jared Bauer, CEO. “Her expertise and vision will be instrumental as we scale and achieve major milestones over the coming months and years. I am confident Brooke will strengthen our culture and processes, empower our team, and amplify our success.”

Clark earned a B.S. in Mass Communications (Public Relations) from the University of Utah. She is a dedicated volunteer and leader with Girl Scouts of Utah, where she is a co-leader over her daughter’s troop and serves on the Board Development Committee.

“I’m thrilled to join Seek Labs and support its culture of innovation and accessible solutions through people-centered, outcomes-driven initiatives,” said Clark. “I passionately believe that people are at the heart of every organization’s success. I aim to cultivate an environment where innovative big thinkers and tenacious implementors can thrive. In the months ahead, I look forward to enhancing existing processes and building on Seek Labs’ foundation of people-first culture.”
