Seek Labs Announces Robert W. (Charlie) Turner, MBA, as Vice President of Business Development

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, October 3, 2023 – Seek Labs, a healthcare innovations company doing research in infectious disease diagnostic systems and pharmaceuticals, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert W. (Charlie) Turner as Vice President of Business Development. As Vice President of Business Development, Turner will join the Business Development team and drive the company’s commercialization strategy.
Turner brings over 20 years of experience in corporate development and has played key leadership roles in over 40 biopharmaceutical industry strategic transactions, with a cumulative deal value exceeding $3 billion. Turner also brings a strong background advising early-stage companies, venture capital experience, and consulting. Turner was the Principal Consultant and Founder of Tri-Bio Ventures LLC, which provided business development and licensing consulting to primarily early-stage biopharmaceutical clients. Before founding Tri-Bio Ventures, he held senior business development leadership roles at POZEN, Pappas Ventures, Novartis Consumer Health, and Glaxo Wellcome.

Most recently, Turner returned from a 3-year religious service mission to Brazil. Turner earned a BS in Accounting from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. Turner went on to earn a MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
